The opening conference session of Filmart addressed the issue of marketing Chinese language films internationally – a story which would resonate with representatives from many other countries, and one for which the script has gone through many revisions in recent years.

Hong Kong-based FilmBiz.Asia’s Patrick Frater moderated a panel of US distributor Well Go’s Doris Pfardrescher, HK/China sales agent Jeffrey Chan from Distribution Workshop (part of the Bona group) and Singapore-based distributor Lim Teck from Clover Films.
