It’s not just K-Rudd staging a comeback. Australia’s 22nd Prime Minister and keen photographer Malcolm Fraser AC CH has just been announced as patron of the 2013 edition of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale (BIFB).

Fraser inherited his love of the photographic arts from his father, Neville Fraser, who was also an avid amateur shutterbug, and is credited by Fraser as influencing him in the photography world.
