Larry Parr: the nature of subsidy

Larry Parr, Te Mangai Paho’s Television Manager, has released a discussion paper on ‘the nature of subsidy’. Prepared for discussion with key industry stakeholders, it comes off the back of discussions held by Te Mangai Paho’s board. 

This paper is a follow up to a discussion that The Te Māngai Pāho Board has undertaken. It is intended that this paper be circulated to key stakeholders in the industry with a view to broadening the discussion.
