Vale Everett De Roche

Everett De Roche, prolific screenwriter and long-time member of the Australian Writers Guild, has died after a battle with cancer.

Everett worked successfully across both television and film, amassing over 49 credits as a writer. His films include Harlequin, Locusts and Wild Honey, Road Games, Race for the Yankee Zephyr, Razorback, Long Weekend, Patrick and Storm Warning. He was one of the central figures in the Ozploitation genre.
