The Nut Farm: Arj Barker’s new film has a fresh trailer

The Nut Farm follows a crypto trader who pivots into macadamia nut farming in the fictional Australian town of Cobweb.

A new trailer has been released for the Arj Barker comedy film The Nut Farm.

The film follows Brendan Brandon (Barker), a man who knows how to avoid hard work. As a crypto trade-cum-blogger he rakes in the cash until suddenly, he doesn’t. He takes an offer in the little Australian town of Cobweb, where his now-missing Uncle Mitch grew macadamia nuts. But a crafty New Zealander has his own ideas for the old farm.

You can watch the trailer below:

When plans are revealed to frack the nut farm and send the gas back to New Zealand, Brendan and the oddball locals band together to prove that hard work and community is what’s important for future generations.

‘The Nut Farm is a family comedy,’ said Barker, ‘but only if your family doesn’t mind a few nut jokes!’

The Nut Farm is directed by Scott Corfield and stars Arj Barker, Jonno Roberts, Madeleine West, Tiriel Mora, and Roy Billing.

The Nut Farm is rated PG and is in cinemas nationally on 14 March 2024
