For much of its time, the Australian Broadcasting Summit breaks into no less than four parallel sessions: Television, Radio, Advertising, and Technical. Pity the poor delegate (or reporter) with an interest that stretches across the boundaries, especially when a panel, consisting entirely of engineers, produces, in response to a question: “Look I’m an engineer, I couldn’t possibly comment on policy”.

It’s possible to monitor all strands by watching the twitter feed (every well-run conference provides a hashtag so no bon mot from a speaker goes unreported). But 140 characters don’t do much more than point out how much one has to miss. Here’s a small selection of speakers.
