Day 2 featured a high level panel trying to avoid predicting the future. James Greet CEO of Mindshare, Rick Ellis Group MD of Telstra Media, Kim Dalton, former Direct or TV,, ABC and Chair of Freeview, and Brett Savill, Strategic and Corporate Development Direct for Broadcast Australia presented four different perspective on the topic, each from their own organisations roles in the landscape.

James Greet noted that it was forty years ago to the day that TV show M*A*S*H had ended, and wondered if TV shows would have such a long afterlife today, given that House of Cards was being offered by Netflix all in one burst. However, there was a view that it was only now that TV could really get going, with multiple screens and portability available. Change and Uncertainty is the new Normal, he said.
