With nothing much around domestically, we fall back on Australian films in the US market.

Lore is still running in the US. Last weekend it appeared in 33 venues, down from 50 a week ago, took $995/cinema, and has taken $782,971 altogether in ten weeks. That is three times the German total.

The Sapphires, pushed along by the Weinstein monster, has spread from 60 to 93 locations in its fourth week, while the box office dropped by 14.8%. However, it has taken $784,346, and running at $2677/screen. That is a bit disturbing, though one week does not bring a death knell.
