In the race to put Julian Assange’s story on the screen, the Matchbox project is out in front, helped by Network Ten and the strange role of the Melbourne hacker culture in the 1980’s.

Matchbox Pictures’ Underground, which dramatises Julian Assange’s early life as an activist and master hacker, is about to start a four week shoot on April 16th.
