News of the week for Australians is the wide release of Ophelia, directed by writer, director and visual artist Claire McCarthy, who made The Waiting City in 2009. It was about Australians played by Radha Mitchell and Joel Edgerton who arrive in India to adopt a baby and are forced to confront their relationship instead.
