Family feuds and the evolution of the Awards

Every family has its feuds, and if the Australian screen industry is a kind of dysfunctional family, then there are certainly recurrent ‘types’ represented by the various guilds, funding bodies and professional associations. I’ll leave you to try to identify the belligerent big brothers, tantrumming toddlers, resentful middle children, neglectful parents, quiet achievers and bipolar cousins.
