Funding cliffhanger for NT Filmmakers

The Northern Territory sector is in limbo as it waits to find out if the ALP will honour its commitment to a dramatic funding increase.

The NT screen sector has been chronically starved of funds while the industry in other states has been backed by State agencies, and strong tertiary education sectors. The most substantial production company is Brindle Films, CAAMA is a force, and there are a variety of indigenous community groups
