Showrunner Peter Duncan and award-winning writer Andrew Knight are two of the minds behind Rake, the TV series starring everyone’s favourite degenerate barrister Cleaver Greene (Richard Roxburgh). Join the pair as they talk about television-making where the writer runs the production.

Peter Duncan is a co-creator, producer, writer and director of Rake. He has written and directed the feature films Unfinished Sky in 2008 that won numerous AFIs, A Little Bit of Soul in 1998, Children of the Revolution in 1996, which took an AFI for Best Actress among others. He also directed the feature Passion (1999) starring Richard Roxburgh, and the telemovie Valentine’s Day (2008). Peter won a Best Adapted Screenplay AWGIE for his work on the novel Hell Has Harbour Views in 2005. A reconstructed and repentant lawyer, Peter is a graduate of AFTRS.
