The battle over quotas and kids’ TV heads for a desperate climax

Across the middle of last year,  Screen Producers Australia, the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance, the Australian Directors Guild and the Australian Writers Guild formed a coalition which they called The Make It Australian Campaign. They could see that the old nightmare of broadcaster deregulation was rising from the crypt and would need to be fought for the third time since 1962.
