Sirāt – 12 June

Film (2025). Oliver Laxe’s Sirât presents a hypnotic and immersive narrative set in the deserts of North Africa, chronicling a father and son’s search for their missing daughter following her disappearance at an underground rave in Morocco. As the protagonists move from one remote gathering to the next, their quest evolves into an exploration of spiritual, existential, and ultimately unknowable dimensions.

Big Girls Wanted: Escaping Pearadise – 11 June

Based in a Las Vegas mansion and amplified through a growing digital presence, the collective quickly attracted a devoted following. As Pearadise’s profile grew, scrutiny followed. Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 5 – 12 June

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 – from 13 June

Sport. Twelve sides will compete in the 10th edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 live, exclusive and free on Prime Video. Starting with the group stages on Saturday 13 June, Prime Video offers fans a front-row seat to one of the biggest and fastest-growing tournaments in global women’s sport. The tournament will be held in Wales and England with the final being played at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London on Sunday 5 July.

Coldwater – 10 June

Series. Coldwater is a blackly comic thriller from the inimitable playwright David Ireland. John (Andrew Lincoln, The Walking Dead) is shocked to find himself in middle age, secretly raging at his life as a stay-at-home dad.
When his failure to intervene in a violent confrontation in a playground brings his identity crisis to a head, John up and moves his family to the small Scottish rural idyll of Coldwater, to live as far away from London as possible.
Fifa World Cup 2026 – from 12 June
Sport. Featuring 104 matches across 16 cities in three countries, and the first ever final halftime show, the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament will be the largest in the competition’s history. Hosted by respected football presenters Niav Owens and Claudio Fabiano, SBS’s coverage will begin on Friday 12 June with the Opening Ceremony from Mexico City Stadium, followed by the first match between co-host nation Mexico and South Africa.
