Disney Lorcana‘s latest set, Wilds Unknown, is shaping up to be the biggest yet for 2026. We’ve already had a handful of ultra-fun, colourfully-themed sets this year, but this one goes several steps further by introducing new Disney and Pixar franchises – The Incredibles, Toy Story and Brave – as well as new mechanics, pre-releases boxes, and more.
There’s a lot to look forward to, as Disney Lorcana embarks on a bold and transformative new chapter.
Ahead of pre-release on 8 May, we’re proud to reveal one new, very special Epic card for Disney Lorcana: Wilds Unknown. This is from The Incredibles, and features the fan-favourite fashion queen, Edna Mode.
Everyone, please put your hands together for Edna Mode – Fashion Designer.

First look at Edna Mode – Fashion Designer

Edna Mode – Fashion Designer is a new card available in Epic rarity (shiny full art with minimal border). She’s a three-ink cost Storyborn Ally Inventor with two strength, two willpower and two lore gain.
Edna Mode will seemingly be essential to aid new ‘Super’ hero cards and decks, thanks to her secondary ability, Making Supers Fabulous, which lets you add one lore gain to each Super character (during a turn) any time Edna quests.
It’s a lovely and very thematic ability that essentially allows her to ‘zhuzh up’ superheroes and make them more powerful as they quest for lore.
That’s not all Edna Mode – Fashion Designer does, of course. Her primary ability, No Capes!, lets you return an item with cost two or less to your hand, and then draw a card. This happens only when you play Edna Mode, but can be used strategically to maximise your card draw, and potentially bounce item abilities.

An Epic card for questing
Given her capability, you’ll likely use this Edna Mode card for questing, rather than challenging. She’s fairly weak in the strength and willpower department, so any attack will likely take her out, negating her ability to buff your Supers.
Put her alongside The Incredibles in a tailored deck, keep her safe, and keep her questing, and you’ll be able to maximise her potential as a low-cost but highly efficient character card.
Of course, if you manage to get this Epic rarity card you can also just spend time admiring the lovely art of Stefano Spagnuolo, and all the little flourishes in the details. While this variant is a chase card, and will be very rare, it’s well worth hunting.
As announced, Disney Lorcana: Wilds Unknown will launch in pre-release on 8 May, with a full release following on 15 May. For this set, you can expect new franchise debuts, as well as a neat new product: a pre-release kit that contains a special promo card, a random postcard, a deck box and six Wilds Unknown boosters.
