Indian minister for Information & Broadcasting, Manish Tewari, has announced at the country’s Film Bazaar a welcome change to the country’s permitting processes, effective from I January.
The new policy, called “Single Window Clearance” will replace the present system, which requires identifying and then getting multiple shooting permits from different local and national governments departments.
