The SAFC, awhirl with a new CEO, will also have more money, and is competing even more directly for the footloose dollar. The new agency will be called Film South Australia and is really a part of SAFC.

The South Australian Government is committing $3.8 million over four years to promote South Australia and its film industries to interstate and overseas filmmakers, as part of a $24.9 million injection into the Arts over the next four years
