The Final Quarter, about Adam Goodes, is in the Sydney Film Festival and a symbol of the cultural importance of sport, which the Ivany family supports as philanthropists. 

 Sponsorship and philanthropy is seen in the arts sector as a transaction, a ‘win-win deal’ which benefits both bottom lines and is removed with a horrible squeak when the numbers no longer add up. The AFI/AACTA has been a victim of that problem several times.
