As we expand our reach across social platforms and new markets, we’re looking for a creative and socially savvy Content Editor & Social Media Assistant to join our Marketing Team.

About the role:

We are seeking a full time hybrid Video Content Editor & Social Media Assistant, to work closely with our Brand and Social Manager to develop, produce, and deliver standout video content. You’ll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, organising shoot logistics, and managing digital assets- all while keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of the latest social trends.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce long-form content for YouTube and promotional campaigns
• Create engaging video ads for paid campaigns with high attention to detail
• Animate text and graphics to elevate content

Digital Asset & Brand Folder Management

• Organise and maintain video assets and brand folders across platforms (Dropbox, DAM systems)
• Ensure all assets are clearly named, tagged, and accessible

Shoot Coordination & Support

• Assist with planning, booking, and running content shoots
• Manage logistics (locations, talent, equipment) and prepare detailed shoot documentation
• Capture content as needed and support creative direction on set

Social Media Support

• Assist with content planning, trend research, scheduling, and publishing
• Own the content calendar and contribute to engagement and performance reports
• Develop platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience editing video content for social platforms
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools
• Strong animation and text graphics skills
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and YouTube best practices
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently
• Experience working on content or commercial shoots (preferred)
• Bonus: Experience with AI video/image tools
