Your responsibilities will include:

• Branding Design & Development Initiate and develop innovative ideas for new creative concepts, content, and brand initiatives that align with the Sarina Russo Group’s identity.
• Print & Digital Design Design and manage templates, brochures, posters, flyers, presentation slides, and digital assets. Create engaging social media graphics and email campaign visuals. Manage marketing collateral and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
• Website & Social Media Design website and landing pages, and develop creative concepts for social media. Occasionally manage and post to social media channels—working knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube is a plus.
• Video & Photography Production Produce, film, and edit web videos. Occasionally shoot and edit photography and video content for use on social media and digital channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders, delivering professional and on-brand graphic design solutions.
• Brand Evolution & Maintenance Continuously improve and update the Russo Education Group’s branding and marketing materials, including social media and website assets.

 The right candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite – Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator,  Photoshop, Adobe Premier, and Lightroom skills.
• ‘Can do’ attitude, who is willing to develop and improve their skills.
• Excellent communication skills and organisation skills.
• A sense of humour and the ability to collaborate with a variety of people.
• High attention to detail and design.
• Possess design skills, particularly in layout, typography and colour.
• Minimum two years related working experience in a similar Graphic Design role
• Completed a Diploma qualification or higher, or have relevant experience.
