About the Role

You’ll be responsible for designing and developing beautiful, functional websites, mostly in WordPress, while also supporting a variety of digital projects. From concept to launch, you’ll work alongside our creative team to bring ideas to life across digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals and technical know-how, but also someone who brings creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive WordPress websites
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver engaging digital experiences
• Work across UI/UX, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Update and maintain existing websites and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with digital assets for social media and campaigns
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and share ideas effectively.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and still meet deadlines like a boss.
• Bonus: Create motion graphics, edit short videos, and shoot photos when required

We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital/web design (agency experience a bonus)
• Solid knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and web projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• An eye for detail and passion for creating clean, modern designs
• Bonus points for skills in: After Effects, Premiere Pro, photography, and videography
