Play Now/Act Now took over the Metro Theatre’s Transit Lounge in Sydney for its gala screening, awards and launch night. The honorable John Hatzistergos Minister for Health launched the DVD resource which contains the 47 finalists and is accompanied by a ‘how to use’ guide. We also launched the online magazine at www.playnowactnow.net.au and launched the state wide tour, check out the magazine for all the dates.
The capacity audience of 230 where entertained by a screening of the 11 finalist video/films, an exhibition of the winning logo and graphics work and a performance of the writing winners short story. Our audience stayed on late into the night enjoying our delicious catering, mingling, chatting and celebrating the excellent work on offer.
