I Am Luke Perry – 22 December
Documentary. Produced by Luke’s friend and 90210 co-star Jason Priestley, this feature-length documentary celebrates the life of a generational talent who emerged from small-town obscurity to become an icon of popular culture.
From his breakout role as Dylan McKay in Beverly Hills, 90210, to his most challenging film roles in Normal Life and 8 Seconds, Luke went on to deliver beloved performances in Riverdale and Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. I Am Luke Perry is a portrait of a hard-working artist who transcended his teen heartthrob origins to become a serious and widely acclaimed actor.

From a 4.30am shift in the floating markets trying to sell mangoes to foreign tourists, to a high-speed test drive of a new electric vehicle made in an extraordinary car plant that’s 90% automated, to being a fish out of water as part of a Buddhist dragon boat team, Guy immerses himself completely in Vietnam’s vibrant life to work out what makes this country tick.
Hidden Assets Season 3 – 26 December
Series. A seemingly straightforward case of embezzlement in Ireland takes a tragic turn leading the Criminal Assets Bureau to Bilbao, where a connection emerges to the brutal murders of an investigative reporter and a student.
Detective Sergeant Claire Wallace (Nora-Jane Noone) and Basque Detective Jon Beitia (Iñigo Gastesi) uncover a migrant-smuggling network stretching from Central Africa to Europe but as they dig deeper, they realise a more dangerous and far-reaching criminal operation is at play, led by a ruthless figure who will stop at nothing to stay in the shadows.
Buddy Valastro’s Cake Dynasty – 26 December
Reality series (2023). Go behind the scenes at Carlo’s Bake Shop in New Jersey, alongside Buddy Valastro and his extended family as he works to balance the demands of a rapidly expanding business empire and demanding home life.
This season, Buddy tackles some of his biggest bakes to date, including pieces celebrating the 50th anniversary of Secretariat’s legendary win, Neil Patrick Harris’s 50th birthday, a massive anniversary cake for Caesars Palace, and many more. Julia – 27 December
Documentary. Julia brings to life the legendary cookbook author and television superstar who changed the way Americans think about food, television and even about women.
Using never-before-seen archival footage, personal photos, first-person narratives and cutting-edge, mouth-watering food cinematography, the film traces Julia Child’s 12-year struggle to create and publish the revolutionary Mastering the Art of French Cooking (1961), which has sold more than 2.5 million copies to date, and then her rapid ascent to become the country’s most unlikely television star. It’s the empowering story of a woman who found her purpose (and her fame) at 50, and took America along on the whole delicious journey.
Hallelujah: Leonard Cohen, A Journey, A Song – 27 December
Documentary. A definitive exploration of singer and songwriter Leonard Cohen as seen through the prism of his internationally renowned hymn, Hallelujah. This feature-length documentary weaves together three creative strands: the songwriter and his times; the song’s dramatic journey from record label reject to chart-topping hit; and moving testimonies from major recording artists.
Approved for production by Leonard Cohen just before his 80th birthday in 2014, the film accesses a wealth of never-before-seen archival materials from the Cohen Trust, including Cohen’s personal notebooks, journals and photographs, performance footage and extremely rare audio recordings and interviews.
