Memory of a Killer – 26 January (Stan)
Series. Inspired by the book and the award-winning Belgian film, De Zaak Alzheimer, comes a new dramatic thriller starring Patrick Dempsey (Grey’s Anatomy, Dexter: Original Sin, Ferrari) as hitman Angelo Doyle, who leads a dangerous double life while hiding an even deadlier personal secret.
Michael Imperioli (The Sopranos, The White Lotus) stars opposite Dempsey in the role of Dutch, Angelo’s oldest friend and an accomplished chef whose restaurant is a front for criminal enterprise.
Memory of a Killer premieres over two nights on January 26 and 27, followed by new episodes weekly on Tuesdays.
Shrinking Season 3 – 28 January (Apple TV)
Series. The highly anticipated new season from creators Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein and Jason Segel. The series follows a grieving therapist (played by Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks.
In addition to the ensemble cast, season three brings back guest stars Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr, Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders, along with new additions Jeff Daniels and multi-award winner and activist Michael J Fox.
Marvel’s Wonder Man – 28 January (Disney+)
Series. This brand-new eight-part series – the latest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe – introduces us to aspiring Hollywood actor Simon Williams (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) who is struggling to get his career off the ground.
During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery (Sir Ben Kingsley), an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns legendary director Von Kovak (Zlatko Burić) is remaking the superhero film ‘Wonder Man‘. These two actors at opposite ends of their careers doggedly pursue life-changing roles in this film as audiences get a peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.
Tracker Season 3 – 28 January (Disney+)
Series. This action drama series stars Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw, a skilled survivalist and tracker who, driven by the troubles of his past, earns his living by assisting law enforcement and private citizens in exchange for reward money.
Bridgerton Season 4, Part 1 – 29 January (Netflix)
Series. Alert the ton! Bridgerton is back to once again plunge viewers into a glittering, Regency-inspired world brimming with high society scandal, gossip, romantic intrigue and incredibly sexy exploits (well, minus the syphilis).
Following all the edginess and edging of Bridgerton’s third season, the fourth season turns its focus to the Bridgerton family’s bohemian second son, Benedict (Luke Thompson). After expanding his horizons and experimenting with his desires in the previous season (hello, lowkey bisexual king!), Benedict is loath to settle down – until he meets a captivating ‘Lady in Silver’ at his mother’s masquerade ball.
Bridgerton‘s fourth season will be released in two parts, with Netflix dropping the first four episodes on 29 January, and the next four streaming from 26 February.
