We are fortunate in New Zealand to have an institution like NZ On Air which is prepared to fund research into the broadcasting sector and academics like Paul Norris and Brian Pauling who are prepared to accept the challenge of undertaking that research.
In this instance, Norris and Pauling have been tasked with the job of updating their 2005 report Public Broadcasting in the Digital Age: Issues for New Zealand.
