Palm Springs International Shortfest (PSIF) announced its lineup today, touting 314 films from 43 countries, of which six came from here. The festival will present 52 themed programmes and runs June 22-28, accompanied by a market and seminar programme.

Local interest comes in the form of usual suspect The Six Dollar Fifty Man, which gets yet another shot at Oscar consideration (not that it really needs, having already qualified at other festivals).
