The NZFC and Shifty distributors Curious Film will combine for a series of masterclasses to launch the Commission’s new Low Budget Scheme.
In 2010 the NZFC will be funding 4 x $250,000 films. Details of the scheme and how to apply will be available at the launch and staff will be on hand to answer questions. The full-day events will take place at the Academy Cinema, Auckland, on Monday 8 February; the Paramount Cinema, Wellington, on Thursday 11 February; with a South Island event date and location TBC.
