NZ films: off to China

The biennial trip of NZ films to China takes place next month. Waitakere Mayor Bob Harvey will lead the accompanying delegation, which includes representatives from Park Road Post, Weta Digital, Digipost and UNITEC will travel to five cities. First stop is Beijing, with the delegation arriving on 6 June.

Following Beijing, where the delegation will also meet with China Film Group, the films will travel to four other cities: Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo and Hang Zhou. In Shanghai, the delegation will attend the opening of the Shanghai International Film Festival and NZ night at the World Expo, where The Lovely Bones will screen.
