Fulcrum Media Finance and industry superannuation fund Media Super have announced a $20 million revolving loan fund to cashflow the Producer Offset (Australia) and Screen Production Incentive Fund (NZ). Fixed and floating charges in depth?

Fulcrum executive director Sharon Menzies told ScreenHub that the Media Super fund would be available to cashflow the Offset “up to the level that the completion guarantor will guarantee.” It will not provide gap or other forms of financing via this fund, although Fulcrum “provides other financing services including limited gap finance, discounting of distribution guarantees and bridging finance” according to the media release accompanying the announcement.
