In the latest round of decisions, the Broadcasting Standards Authority (BSA) upheld two of 16 complaints. It found against complaints that Sunday Theatre’s The Mother contained too much rude stuff and TV3 showing somebody die wasn’t OK.

TVNZ came out the loser, and $2,000 out of pocket, following successful complaints about a promo for Real Crime: Interview with a Serial Killer and about a sex scene from The Vintner’s Luck.
