Avid has released Avid Deko 5.0, PostDeko 8.0.1 and DekoCast 4.1.2, an upgrade on their real-time on-air graphics package.
Avid Deko 5.0 software allows users to build, edit, and play real-time animations, and the upgrade allows them to share files with users working on a range of third-party editing systems.
The PowerClips feature now lets users create more integrated video effects (multiple moving headshots and specialized animation treatments like traveling flares) in other programs like Adobe After Effects, and then import them to Deko as QuickTime movies.
