Xbox has announced its next Xbox Partner Preview showcase will take place on 26 March, with an array of new and upcoming games set to be highlighted.

What to know about the latest Xbox Partner Preview
The Xbox showcases typically dives into games and their development while also shining a much-needed spotlight on the developers working away behind the scenes. The last major Xbox showcase featured Beast of Reincarnation, Kiln, Fable and Forza Horizon 6.
This new showcase will spotlight RGG Studio’s modern-historic adventure Stranger Than Heaven, GSC Game World’s S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and a new look at Owlcat Games’ The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, which adapts the popular SA Corey novels.
The announcement from Xbox stated the showcase will also feature ‘first looks and announcements from more great games coming to Xbox consoles, Xbox on PC, and Game Pass’ so we expect some other surprises.
Given the range of partners that Xbox works with, speculation is wide open for now – but as a potential guess, perhaps we could see Hollow Knight: Silksong‘s new DLC featured? What about more from Remedy Entertainment’s highly anticipated sequel, Control: Resonant? Or perhaps we’ll see something entirely new?
As usual, the Xbox Partner Preview will be followed by various deep dive stories on Xbox Wire, which will provide additional details about what to expect of each upcoming project and where development is at.

Game Freak, the studio most known for its work on the Pokémon franchise, has officially unveiled its new title, Beast of Reincarnation, during the latest Xbox Developer Direct. As announced, this is an all-original story, inspired by the studio’s collective desire to experiment, and work on something entirely different from Pokémon. In its first major trailer focussed on gameplay and story, Beast of Reincarnation looked stunning.
As revealed, Beast of Reincarnation follows a woman named Emma, who’s blessed (and cursed) by an ability to absorb and seal a dangerous blight that infects her world. As a ‘sealer’ she must hunt down cursed ‘malefacts’ and absorb the blight in their bodies, to ensure the natural world is free of darkness and rot.
To kick off the events of the game, Emma links up with Koo, a special malefact, and the two then work together to defeat towering beasts and other dangers, including the blight-of-all-blights, known as the Beast of Reincarnation. Along the way, they meet an array of allies and enemies, many of whom are bound by deep, dark secrets that must be dealt with.
