The PS Plus monthly games for April have been announced, with a handful of tough action-adventure games on offer, including three remastered classics.

As in all months, PS Plus subscribers on all tiers will be able to claim these games, to play and download as long as they have an active subscription. These titles carry over even when a subscription lapses, so it’s a good idea to grab them even if you’re planning to cut back on PS Plus in the coming months.

PS Plus: all the games for April 2026

Lords of the Fallen

The first free game offered in April is Lords of the Fallen, the 2023 action game with Dark Souls-like combat. While it achieved mixed-to-positive reviews on launch, its grimy, gothic visuals are a standout, and it’s well worth playing for anyone looking for a challenge.

Here’s the full rundown courtesy of the PlayStation Blog: ‘Overthrow a resurrected demon god in this all-new adventure set in an interconnected world five times larger than the original game. In Lords of the Fallen, you play as one of the fabled Dark Crusaders, who must journey through the realms of the living and the dead to disrupt the reign of Adyr, a cruel tyrant who has ushered in a new age of devastation for humanity.’

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered

Next up is Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, a collection of the first three games in the iconic franchise. If you’ve never played the original games, it’s a chance to experience them with modern enhancements. If you have played the games, it’s all about the nostalgia.

Here’s what to know: ‘For the first time ever, play the complete experience with all expansions and secret levels on modern platforms in this definitive collection. Experience the classics boasting upgraded graphics, with the option to switch to the original polygon look at any time.’

Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream

The last free game for PS Plus in April is Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. This is an adaptation of the Sword Art Online cross-media franchise, which follows a group of heroes who traverse virtual MMORPG worlds.

Here’s what to expect of this particular spin-off: ‘Galaxia, a new system allowing players to relive the past, has been added to ALfheim Online; however, Galaxia spins out of control causing players from all over time and space to be displaced! To set the timeline back on track, Kirito must work with fallen friends… and foes.’

All three games will be available to claim, download and play from 7 April.

PS Plus: games still available from March 2026

The following PS Plus games from March will be available until 6 April:

  • Monster Hunter Rise
  • Slime Rancher 2
  • The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road Collection
  • PGA Tour 2K25

IKEA has announced a Pokémon Pokopia collaboration, which will take place both within the game and in select physical stores in Japan. According to the announcement from IKEA, the crossover celebrates how homes can ‘reflect the personality’ of their decorators.

The IKEA team has created a special ‘IKEA Island’ within Pokopia, which is accessible by all players. All you need to do is visit a PC in-game and use the Link Code to access it. For now, IKEA has not published the code, as it’s encouraging players to visit physical stores to find it – but we can expect to see this code popping up online in the coming days. Once you’re in, you’ll be able to explore IKEA-like rooms and exhibits.
