Next week on October 17th at 7pm, the ethnic sports romance “I WISH I WERE STEPHANIE V” will premiere at WOW – “The World of Women’s Film Festival” at the Chauvel Cinemas in Paddington, Sydney.
The story follows 3 girls, their immigrant families, their budding romances, in the lead up to a university tennis championship. It’s told by Helen, a 21 year old virgin being raised by her crazy matchmaking Greek grandmother.
