Network Ten, in association with Granada Productions, announced today that Australian Princess has been acquired by ITV2 in the UK.
The eight part series, which sees 14 young Australian girls shaped into
sophisticated women ready to handle the challenges of being a young
royal, will air in the UK next year. Paul Burrell, former butler to
Princess Diana and the Queen, will lead a team of international experts including Jean Broke-Smith and Jane Ferguson, who will shape these ordinary Aussie girls into the first Aussie Princess.
