Australia’s expertise in digital production is recognised around the world, but industry members say a critical shortage of skilled digital artists is limiting their potential to compete internationally.

Peter Giles, Head of Digital Media at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) agrees.

“The digital content industry is forecast to grow strongly over the next five years with animation, digital post production, games and interactive media in the front line,” he said.
