Adelaide was buzzing this week as hundreds of national and international filmmakers, film industry figures and talent filled the city for the opening weekend of the 2009 BigPond Adelaide Film Festival (BAFF).

World premieres included several Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund projects – the Opening Night film, MY YEAR WITHOUT SEX by Sarah Watt, Warwick Thornton’s SAMSON AND DELILAH, A GOOD MAN by Safina Uberoi, SALT by Michael Angus and Murray Fredericks, and artist Lynette Wallworth’s video installation DUALITY OF LIGHT which is showing at the Samstag Museum of Art.
