ABC Managing Director Mark Scott today announced the public beta trial of ABC Playback, a new rich media player, that offers full screen, full length video at no cost, via the internet.
The ABC will invite 5,000 Australians, with fast internet connections (ADSL2/1.1 Mbps) to participate in the staggered trial, which will commence from 26 March, with expressions of interest being registered at abc.net.au/playback from today.
