Miranda Tapsell in Top End Wedding. Dreams are coming true.

Last week Avengers: Endgame tore $34.116m out of the Australian box office, leaving its nearest tentpole competitors shattered in a ditch. The best of them was Dumbo on $690,000 which is around 2% of the Avengers numbers.

Unsurprisingly there was not a single blockbuster which went head to head in its first week – everything else was already getting tired.
