Dr O’D turns commendably terse over Turnbull’s attempts to see if the public will care about yet another surrender to the media power brokers. So who cares about concentration of ownership besides the staff of regional newsrooms?

The Minister for Communication, Malcolm Turnbull, has run up the flag of media policy reform to check the wind and see who salutes and who kowtows. Mr Turnbull knows what the media moguls want, including Rupert Murdoch, having recently given audience to them.
