Vimeo loses vim, out of subscription VOD. Oh no!

Just six weeks ago, Vimeo curator Jeffrey Bowers told ScreenHub that Vimeo planned to develop a subscription VOD strand in 2018, for which it had a warchest of tens of millions of dollars.
