The list of 15 features up for the VFX Oscar has been announced, with a couple of Weta Digital projects in the running at this stage.
The list gets culled to 10 in early January, then to the five official nominations in time for the announcement of all category nominations on 25 January. The ceremony takes place on 27 February (all dates NZ time).
