Palace Films’ long-running defamation case against ScreenHub passed another court date yesterday, with the New South Wales Supreme Court striking out most of Palace’s claim, and awarding costs against the distributor.

Palace Films, and directors Antonio and Benjamin Zeccola, are suing ScreenHub, Fairfax Media and former head of the Film Finance Corporation Brian Rosen over an article published in July, 2009.
