Lyndon Sayer-Jones, who was born in 1953, wrote the first and best book on media law for non-lawyers in 1993. He reconfigured it completely for a second edition, which was published last year, complete with Tandberg cartoons and articles from people like Bryce Menzies, Nina Stevenson, and Raena Lea-Shannon.

The Arts Law Centre of Australia describes it as ‘A must read in non-legalistic plain English for producers, creatives, publishers, media students, film/TV funder administrators, advertising executives, film/media investors, talent/sales agents, PR/Event consultants, journalists and  anyone else with serious interest in the media.”
