Arkles Entertainment is alive and well on both sides of the Tasman, having avoided going into liquidation earlier this year. It will distribute Amanda Jane’s The Wedding Party (previously known as Kin), which has been selected as the opener for this year’s Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF).
Featuring Isabel Lucas (Transformers 2, Daybreakers, The Pacific) and Josh Lawson (Home and Away, Blue Heelers, Sea Patrol), the comedy received support from the MIFF Premiere Fund.
