SBS’s pay television arm has announced that Melbourne production company Renegade (RocKwiz) will be reprising its strength in live production from St Kilda with a six times one variety-hour series hosted by You Am I frontman Tim Rogers.

Renegade Films’ director of development, Peter Bain-Hogg, told ScreenHub that the series will be filmed live in three sessions at the Memorial theatre in St Kilda (tucked away behind the Army & Navy Club, which is sort of tucked away…). Provisionally titled STVDIO at the Memo, it will be recorded in front of an invited audience drawn from the RocKwiz and Memorial Theatre mailing lists.
