The premiere of Seven’s Bondi Rescue clone, Surf Patrol, had a bumper premiere thanks to the lead-in from Border Security. So far audiences show no indication they are overwhelmed by both factual (Border Security) or the drama (Sea Patrol) treatments of a touchy subject. Andrew Denton’s Elton interview was second in its timeslot, pushing back Brothers and Sisters 944,000 and Torchwood 756,000.
