The television sales business is picking up ahead of the annual MIPTV market in Cannes, and Australian product will be there in force, including the animated adaptation of Andy Griffiths’ children’s books, The Day My Bum [Butt] Went Psycho.

The adaptation will be produced as Zack & Deuce (26 x 30′), by Canadian cartoon producer Nelvana and Studio Moshi, and has pre-sales to the Nine Network. Nine, of course, will release it under the book title, but other territories can choose “butt”, or Zack & Deuce, depending on the local sensibilities.
