Unlike the real world of television, the Zeitgeist TV – The Science and History That’s Making it Overseas – and Here’ session was a convivial trot through some broadcast faves with some clips.

On the panel was Alan Erson, commissioning editor for science, history and natural hgory for the ABC, Alison Leigh who is the editorial director of the World Congress of Science and Factual Producers, and Steve Hewlett, billed officially as managing director of Big Pictures Ltd, and the unofficial voice of sanity in the conference.
